Please complete the following to report a maintenance item or other concern you have. Please be sure to provide phone numbers and/or an e-mail address where you can be reached during normal business hours. A Cadman Group representative will reply to your request within 24 hours (except on weekends and holidays when your request will be answered on the next business day). If you do not receive a reply within 24 hours, please re-submit your request or call your resident manager or our office.
If you are reporting an emergency, with danger to life or property, please call 310-606-5894 and follow the instructions to activate our emergency response service. Please note that a “danger to life or property” is the immediate necessity of repair or coordination due to the imminent threat to safety or building structure. Such examples are major sewage backup, fire, etc. In the case of danger that requires the fire department, paramedics, or police, please call 911 prior to using our emergency system.
